Job summary

Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse to support resident care and manage daily medication needs with compassion and dignity. You will ensure MAR accuracy, follow the Six rights, and utilize the eMAR system on shift.

The role offers day shifts, opportunities across full-time and part-time schedules, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with employer match. Pay is available daily and PTO is provided.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Organizational and time management skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Accurately following the resident MAR to ensure medications are given per Physician orders.
• Follow the Six rights of medication administration and Bickford policies.
• Utilize the eMAR system for medication administration as trained.
• Communicate with clinical leadership for clarification and direction.
• Provide direct resident care and supervise non-licensed team members as appropriate.
• Lead on shift and demonstrate the Bickford Mission 'Whatever it Takes'.
