Job summary

Colter Energy LP is seeking Night Operators for its Pennsylvania division. These full-time roles involve field-based production testing with travel to gas well sites across Pennsylvania and occasional nearby states.

Night shifts require reliability, safety focus, and the ability to work extended hours in oil and gas operations. Candidates should be prepared to supervise site personnel, perform equipment maintenance, and submit accurate data while coordinating with clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Must supervise site and personnel during night shifts.
• Experience with maintenance and servicing of well testing equipment.
• Effective communication with clients and team members.
• Oversee accurate readings and submit data/samples.
• Completion of shift paperwork.
• Willingness to train and supervise junior staff.
• Knowledge of regulatory rules and safety guidelines.
• Ability to work away from home and shifts exceeding 12 hours.
• Ability to follow direction from supervisors and management.

Responsibilities
