Job summary

Odessa Separator Inc. (OSI) is hiring a Welder to fabricate, assemble and repair metal structures in our Odessa, Texas shop. The role requires reading blueprints and technical drawings to produce parts that meet exact standards, with emphasis on safety and quality.

Night shift runs 4:00 pm–4:30 am, Monday through Sunday, with opportunities for growth in a collaborative manufacturing environment. You will operate welding equipment, perform inspections, and coordinate with engineers to complete

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• AWS Certified Welder or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience as welder fabricator or similar role.
• Experience with TIG and MIG welding is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test welded joints for quality and compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Maintain and operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to plan and execute fabrication projects within deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
