Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies in Holly Springs, NC seeks a Supervisor, Weigh & Dispense to lead the Weigh & Dispense team and coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, SC Planning, and Warehouse to support the production schedule.

This role manages multiple shifts, develops direct reports, ensures accurate inventory and compliant material handling, and drives continuous improvement while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of life sciences, business or related experience.
• OR Associate’s degree with 4+ years of life sciences, business or related experience.
• OR High school diploma with 6+ years of life sciences, business or related experience
• Experience in manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Supervises, leads, and develops direct reports for Weigh & Dispense team while overseeing, organizing, and coordinating daily activities and tasks with Warehouse.
• Fosters an inclusive, people-first culture by creating development plans with direct reports and conducting one-on-ones and skip levels on a defined cadence.
• Collaborates cross functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, SC Planning, Drug Product, Warehouse.
• Oversees and coordinates weigh & dispense activities: operation of parts and IBC wash, assembly of IBCs, use of scales and automated weigh system, material handling and storage, inventory management, operation of powered industrial truck.
• Manages training curricula, deviation investigations, and CAPAs for the Weigh & Dispense team.
• Responds to alert or action limits for area equipment and monitoring.
• Maintains accurate inventory of materials and consumables for Weigh & Dispense.
• Works with Manufacturing Support and Operations for weigh-outs, solution lot records, procedures, and meeting production schedule.
