Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years life sciences or related experience; OR Associate’s with 4+ years; OR High school diploma with 6+ years experience
• Experience in manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Supervises, leads, and develops direct reports for Weigh & Dispense team, overseeing daily activities with Warehouse
• Creates development plans and conducts one-on-ones with direct reports
• Collaborates cross functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, SC Planning, Drug Product and Warehouse
• Oversees operation of parts and IBC washers and assembly/management of IBCs
• Operates scales and automated weigh system; manages material storage and recon
• Manages training curricula, deviations, and CAPAs for the team
• Maintains inventory accuracy for materials and consumables
• Drives continuous improvement and escalation of manufacturing issues
• Participates in recruitment and retention, and addresses performance gaps with HR as needed
