Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies is seeking a Weigh and Dispense Associate for a night shift (6PM–6:30AM) in Holly Springs, NC. The role focuses on weighing raw materials and solvents, dispensing for GMP manufacturing, and supporting tech transfer activities.

You will interact with Drug Substance, Drug Product, and Warehouse teams and may travel during project phases. Responsibilities include executing weigh/dispense steps, operating equipment, and training others as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or GED.
• 4 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation for operational readiness related to weigh and dispense, support procedures, transfer of manufacturing processes, testing, commissioning, and validation as required.
• Execute weigh and dispense steps using benchtop or floor scales in a controlled environment and transport materials to manufacturing areas using powered industrial trucks.
• Assemble/disassemble IBCs, operate GMP washers, and use Automated Weigh System/Syncade to dispense raw materials.
