Veolia Group is looking for a dedicated operator for its wastewater treatment facility in Greendale, IN. This position ensures the purification and clarification of water for industrial discharge.

The operator will manage electric motors and valves, conduct tests, and analyze data to maintain compliance. Work will primarily involve 12-hour night shifts with the need to coordinate repairs and data compilation for regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong mechanical aptitude required.
• Willingness to learn wastewater treatment processes.

Responsabilités

• Maintain operational coverage of the Wastewater facility.
• Operate and control motors, pumps, and valves.
• Test wastewater samples for concentration levels.
• Analyze lab data to prevent treatment issues.
• Coordinate maintenance with operators and management.
• Complete preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Compile data for operating reports.
