Shift is Wednesday–Sunday 3:00pm–11:00pm with a $2.32 night diff. Posting period 10/30/2026 to 11/13/2026; requires a high school diploma or GED, valid Class D license, MA Grade 2 Wastewater license, and completion of required MWRA training within five months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of wastewater plant operation experience.
• Valid Class D driver's license and MA Grade 2 Wastewater license.
• Successful completion of MWRA competency training within five months.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor wastewater treatment equipment and PLCs.
• Record data in shift logs and MAXIMO database.
• Oversee barge and truck loading/unloading operations.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections per MAXIMO.
