Job summary

Nemera is seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Trainer in Vernon Hills to onboard and develop new employees, including temporary hires, through classroom and on-the-floor training. You will enforce GMP and safety standards, supervise training checklists, and mentor staff across the warehouse and production interfaces.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, effective communication, and collaboration with the Warehouse Supervisor and HR to ensure workforce readiness and performance on the night

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an effective operator in warehouse environments.
• Completed specific training provided by the Quality and EHS departments.
• Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and GMP.
• Able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes new employees and temporary workers and orients them to the work area and safety requirements.
• Manages Training Checklists and coordinates Training Buddies with the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Demonstrates safe operation of warehouse equipment and adherence to policies.
• Instructs on warehouse documentation such as lot control sheets and work orders.
• Provides GMP training covering traceability, identification, batch name, preparation, and line clearance.
• Mentors staff and facilitates communication between floor staff and warehouse management.
