Nemera is seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Trainer in Vernon Hills to onboard and develop new employees, including temporary hires, through classroom and on-the-floor training. Position Purpose: The Warehouse Trainer supports the onboarding and development of new employees, including temporary and direct hires, by providing training in designated subject areas and job-related skills. Acting as both a classroom instructor and on-the-job trainer, the Tutor transfers knowledge, reinforces best practices, and helps employees develop the competencies needed to perform their roles effectively and safely on the warehouse floor.
