Job summary

Clasen Quality Chocolate, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Technician for a night shift at our Milton, WI facility. You will process inbound/outbound orders, stage materials for production, manage inventory, and support Transload operations while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires 1 year of industrial warehouse experience, forklift operation, and familiarity with WMS. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; bilingual capability is not specified.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of industrial warehouse experience.
• Experience with forklift operation, Warehouse Management System (WMS), and shipping/receiving helpful.

Responsibilities

• Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepare shipping orders for UPS, FedEx, etc.
• Move ingredients/finished materials using the inventory system for FEFO/product rotation.
• Spot, load, and unload trailers and tankers; complete inspection forms and HACCP requirements.
• Receive, inspect, sample, tag, and route incoming materials.
• Pick, pack, load, and prepare orders for shipping.
• Assist Transload operations and coordinate with drivers and carriers.
• Operate forklift, spotter truck, and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain safety and quality procedures and keep accurate logs.
