Job summary

Hoffmaster Group, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the night shift in Clintonville, WI. This full-time role involves pulling pallets, packing shipments, and operating tow motors, with training provided in a clean, safety-first environment.

You will work with RF devices, print necessary documents, unload/load trucks, and maintain a safe, organized workspace. Minimum high school diploma or GED required; benefits included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math and communication skills needed.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, memos, safety rules, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to work safely in tight aisle spaces and communicate through signaling.
• Ability to detect and report product quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Pull pallets, stack cases, pick orders, operate tow motors and prepare shipments.
• Ensure products are correctly picked, labeled, wrapped and ready for shipment.
• Operate RF devices for accurate product transfers.
• Print pick tickets, bills of lading, packing slips and labels.
• Drop and replenish skids and safely load/unload trucks.
• Perform daily checks on forklifts and walkie riders and report issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and document orders accurately.
• Follow GMP and SQF guidelines and report food safety concerns.
