Qualifications

• 1+ year powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• 1+ year experience as Team Lead preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• 1+ year warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations to optimize efficiency.
• Perform warehouse tasks including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and forklift operation.
• Allocate resources and assign daily duties to team members to ensure smooth shifts.
• Motivate team and monitor KPIs to drive safety and quality performance.
• Ensure health and safety practices are followed and maintain accurate paperwork.
