Job summary

Johnson Brothers seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team in one of its Minnesota distribution centers. This full-time, onsite role emphasizes motivating, mentoring, and managing hourly staff to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.

The position features a Mon-Thurs night shift starting at 5:30 PM with 10+ hour shifts. You’ll oversee order selection, replenishment, and payroll while maintaining a positive, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field with all requirements completed between May 2025 and December 2026.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Currently enrolled in or graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Order selection and replenishment planning and execution.
• Hire, train, and develop selection and replenishment personnel.
• Manage, coach, and evaluate employees to ensure performance and safety.
• Maintain quality standards for warehouse operations and safety.
• Manage timekeeping and payroll for shift personnel and complete required reports.
