Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse/distribution/manufacturing or similar operations.
• Experience leading teams of 20+ employees.
• Experience handling employee relations, coaching, performance management, interviewing, and hiring.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate order selection and replenishment activities according to production and delivery requirements.
• Ensure orders are selected accurately and replenishments are completed on time and safely.
• Hire, train, and develop selection and replenishment personnel; coach and evaluate performance.
