Qualifications

• Four-year degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive operating responsibility in warehouse operations.
• 5–10 years in warehouse/distribution management.
• Experience coaching and developing a team.
• Familiarity with OSHA and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct day and night warehouse operations and staff.
• Manage inventory control, SOPs, safety, productivity and cost centers.
• Identify and drive improvement opportunities and lead implementation.
• Coordinate with other managers to meet business requirements.
• Maintain service levels and build productive relationships with stakeholders.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and safeguard company assets.
