You’ll work with RF scanners and forklifts in a Printers-handling environment, with a competitive benefits package and weekly pay. Responsibilities include leading shifts, coordinating tasks, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining safety standards while achieving KPI targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• 1+ year team lead experience preferred.
• 1+ year Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive continuous improvement for warehouse efficiency.
• Perform duties including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and forklift operation.
• Allocate resources and assign daily tasks to optimize shift operations.
• Inspire team members to improve KPI performance using effective leadership styles.
• Provide orientation and tools to employees to perform their roles.
• Promote health and safety practices within the warehouse.
• Handle daily paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Submit daily reports and propose actions to enhance service levels.
