Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more warehouse experience preferred.
• One year or more previous Team Lead experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive continuous improvement for efficient operations.
• Perform warehouse tasks: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Allocate resources and assign daily work to ensure optimal shift performance.
• Inspire team members using appropriate leadership styles to improve KPIs.
• Provide orientation and tools to employees for their roles.
• Promote health and safety practices within the warehouse.
• Handle day-to-day warehouse paperwork and daily reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.
