Your responsibilities include leading warehouse activities, coordinating shifts, and driving continuous improvement across operations while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. This position supports distribution across the US and includes training, PTO, and a company-supported 401(k)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• 1+ year Team Lead experience preferred.
• 1+ year Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience required.
• Valid forklift license/certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Effective leadership skills.
• Flexible to a fast-paced environment.
• Independent or team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure continuous improvement for warehouse efficiency.
• Perform warehouse tasks: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting.
• Allocate resources and organize daily work duties for optimal shift operations.
• Inspire team members to improve KPI performance.
• Provide orientation and necessary tools for teammates.
• Promote health and safety practices in the warehouse.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork (picking sheets, bills of lading).
• Submit daily reports and propose action plans to improve operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
