Job summary

You will lead a small team, coordinate picking, packing, shipping, and forklift activity, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety and quality standards. The role requires leadership, strong communication, experience with RF scanners, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• One year or more experience as Team Lead preferred.
• One year or more Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• One year or more warehouse experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience required.
• Valid forklift operator's license certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure continuous improvement efforts for optimal efficiency of the operations.
• Perform warehouse functions (loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting).
• Allocate resources and organize daily work duties to ensure optimal shift operations.
• Inspire team members toward improved KPI performance using suitable leadership styles.
• Provide orientation and tools to employees for their roles.
