Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year forklift experience preferred.
• 1+ year or more team lead experience preferred.
• 1+ year or more Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• 1+ year or more warehouse experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement efforts for optimal efficiency of the operations.
• Perform warehouse function, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Allocate resources and organize daily work duties to team for optimal shift logistics.
• Inspire team members towards improved KPI performance using appropriate leadership styles.
• Assist with orientation and provide tools to perform jobs; promote health and safety methods.
• Handle paperwork, daily reports, and action plans to enhance operations.
