Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ year powered industrial truck experience preferred
• 1+ year warehouse experience preferred
• RF scanner experience required
• Forklift operator license required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement for operational efficiency
• Perform warehouse tasks: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting
• Allocate resources and assign daily work to shifts
• Inspire team to meet KPI targets
• Ensure safety and health practices in operations
• Complete daily reports and action plans
