Job summary

Biagi Bros. in Baytown, TX, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, oversee inventory, manage forklift safety, and ensure timely order fulfillment.

You will supervise forklift crews and yard personnel, coordinate with managers, and uphold food-grade warehouse standards while maintaining a productive, safety-focused environment. Shift: 9 p.m. – 6 a.m., with occasional travel to other Biagi Bros locations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with inventory control and cycle counts.
• Fluent in English; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations and communicate priorities to the crew.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance with company policies.
• Oversee forklift operations, material handling, and receives/shipments.
• Coach, train, and develop warehouse staff; cover shifts as needed.
• Report inventory anomalies and stay aligned with accounts.
