Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead the ROC team in Phoenix, coordinating donations, storage, loading/unloading, and inventory control with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role emphasizes team leadership, scheduling, cost control, and delivering excellent service to vendors and customers, with forklift duties and adherence to OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, train, and motivate others.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Qualified, or ability to become a qualified, Forklift Operator.
• Familiarity with OSHA Regulations regarding Warehouse Operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Leads and directs the Warehouse Operations Team responsible for product placement, storage, movement, loading/unloading of trucks, and inventory control.
• Monitors daily/weekly reports to understand inventory trends and team performance.
• Ensures safety rules are followed and PPE is worn.
• Provides feedback to leadership to improve efficiency and resolve problems.
• Assists with scheduling and controlling expenses.
• Ensures customer service to vendors and customers is excellent.
