Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead the ROC team at the Phoenix facility. You will coordinate product placement, storage, movement, loading/unloading, and inventory control while ensuring safety compliance and high-quality customer service to vendors and customers.

Responsibilities include scheduling, controlling expenses, maintaining clean facilities, communicating across departments, and coaching a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years supervisory experience or equivalent work experience, required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, train, and motivate others.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Qualified, or ability to become a qualified, Forklift Operator.
• Familiarity with OSHA Regulations regarding Warehouse Operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback to Warehouse Operations Leadership on day-to-day operations to improve efficiency.
• Assist manager with scheduling and controlling expenses.
• Ensure inventory distribution and organization are efficient.
• Ensure Team Members deliver excellent customer service to vendors and customers.
• Maintain ROC location cleanliness and reflect the Goodwill brand.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Warehouse Operations Department.
• Communicate with ROC partner departments on equipment, product, staffing, and information.
• Prepare daily work assignments and determine staffing and equipment needs.
• Ensure safety rules are followed; conduct forklift audits and drive improvements.
• Operate forklift as needed and maintain certification.
• Support building a high-performing team and a culture of safety.
• Assist with performance management, staffing, and development of Team Members.
• Support culture change and change management processes.
• Maintain regular in-person attendance.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.
