Job summary

Responsibilities

• Achieve department goals of load-out, production volume, quality, safety, and cost reduction.
• Provide leadership and guidance to employees and develop a positive working atmosphere.
• Coordinate daily load-out to meet business objectives and schedules.
• Communicate non-conformances to managers for corrective action.
• Assist with SAP training programs for staff to ensure effective use of SAP systems.
• Maintain inventory control and proper use of order selection technology.
• Direct efforts to maintain efficient operations and safety compliance.
• Train and evaluate employees, manage attendance records, and enforce policies.
