Upstate Niagara Cooperative, Inc. in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead load-out, production, maintenance and quality control within approved policies. This role includes occasional vacation coverage and primarily night shifts.
Responsibilities include achieving department goals, guiding staff, coordinating daily load-out, and ensuring accurate inventory and safety compliance. Familiarity with SAP is a plus as is strong leadership and communication skills.

Working within the limits of authority and within Company policies and procedures, directs the activities of the operation in areas of Trailer Load-Out, Production, Maintenance and Quality Control. The Warehouse Supervisor is to maintain shipping and load-out activities, safely within established policy and processes. This position will involve occasionally covering for existing Supervisor vacations and scheduled days off. The position will demand the individual be able to work primarily night shift and well as different days of the week.
$70-$85K a year *
The salary range listed for this position represents the good faith and reasonable minimum and maximum pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, training, knowledge, education, and overall qualifications. The posted salary range reflects just one component of our total rewards package.
