Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Prepare weekly schedule and job assignments.
• Distribute copies of schedule to all Departments.
• Weekends/holidays availability required.
• Maintain safety and GMP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of the Packaging Department including daily operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives including capital projects.
• Plan and coordinate labor, materials, and production scheduling.
• Coordinate movement of raw materials and finished product.
• Oversee safety, quality, and培训 (GMP compliance) matters.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and daily handoffs.
