Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an Overnight Receiving Supervisor to direct warehouse operations across retail stores in Santa Ana. You will supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers and forklift operators, and manage daily freight schedules based on customer and inventory needs.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center, strong communication, teamwork, and computer skills, and the ability to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with other departments and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper manning for shipping/receiving.
• Direct daily warehouse activities: shipping, receiving, inventory control, maintenance.
• Maintain safe, efficient equipment and implement safety programs.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations.
• Complete activity reports and resolve discrepancies in shipping and receiving.
