Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking an Overnight Receiving Supervisor to direct warehouse operations at our Fountain Valley location. You will supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators while managing the daily freight schedule based on customer and inventory needs.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience (warehouse or distribution center preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to work with other departments and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in basic math and Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping/receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory control.
• Maintain warehouse safety programs and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure accurate paperwork flow and data entry from Receiving to Inventory Control.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations.
