Job summary

Naniq Global Logistics in Anchorage is seeking a Station Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, monitor staff productivity, and ensure quality of goods. The role reports to the General Manager and covers a late evening to early morning schedule; weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• One-year management or foreman experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Working knowledge of typing, email, Word and Excel.
• Background check for required badging.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse productivity and staff performance.
• Coach and mentor employees; issue corrective action when needed.
• Coordinate logistical processes with operations manager and external teams.
• Recruit and support hiring of warehouse staff.
• Ensure safety and security of warehouse and goods.
• Enforce SOPs for receiving, warehousing, and distribution.
• Maintain equipment and document maintenance.
• Assist with administrative support as needed.
