Job summary

Naniq Global Logistics, LLC in Anchorage, AK is seeking a Warehouse Sortation Associate for an evening to early morning shift. You will unload packages, sort by codes or ZIP, and assist in auditing of processes. The role requires safety, weekend availability, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Must pass drug screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Unload packages of various sizes from air cans in a safe and efficient manner.
• Sort packages based on alpha-numeric codes and/or zip codes, placing them in bins or pallets for scanning.
• Pull packages that are missorted to the correct destination or damaged items and place in designated area.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Immediately report any unsafe conditions to supervisor/manager.
• Follow scanning process and accurately scan packages to pallet/shuttle/bag.
• Build stable pallets and shuttles for transport.
• Use pallet jacks to move and stage pallets for auditing and transport to post office.
• Work as a team moving loaded and empty ULDs between dolly transport to static racks.
• Attend daily pre-sort and post-sort meetings.
