Job summary

Naniq Global Logistics - Fairbanks is seeking a Station Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, coach staff, and coordinate logistical processes. The role ensures quality of goods and adherence to client SOPs, with an evening to early-morning schedule and a 5-day work week; 7-day sortation/trucking operations may occur.

Qualifications

• One-year management or foreman experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Proficient with typing, email, Word and Excel.
• Must pass background check for required badging.
• Strong organization and communication skills; handle confidential information.
• Self-motivated, multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate with others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the productivity of the warehouse.
• Supervise all warehouse employees, providing coaching and corrective action as needed.
• Maintain communication with operations manager and outside warehouse teams.
• Recruit and support hiring of new warehouse employees.
• Monitor safety and security of warehouse and goods.
• Enforce SOPs for receiving, warehousing, and distribution processes.
• Escort on-site clients as needed.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and document it.
• Train and evaluate warehouse staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the warehouse.
• Provide administrative support when needed.
