Job summary

Naniq Global Logistics LLC. is seeking a Station Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations in Anchorage, AK. The role supervises staff, coordinates logistics, and ensures product quality, with a late-evening to early-morning schedule.

The position runs five days a week for warehouse activities, with 7-day sortation and trucking operations and occasional weekend work. The role demands strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities to maintain smooth operations and team

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management or foreman experience.
• Must pass pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.
• Proficient with typing, email, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse productivity and supervise employees.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and corrective action as needed.
• Coordinate communication with operations manager and external teams.
• Recruit and support hiring of new warehouse staff.
• Monitor safety, security, SOPs, and client receiving/distribution processes.
• Escort on-site clients and maintain equipment maintenance records.
• Train and evaluate warehouse team members; ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Provide occasional administrative backup as needed.
