Job summary

MSC is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Reno, NV (Whse). You will move materials, load and unload, and verify items using descriptions and quantities. You will use scanners and stage products for put-away, and operate powered equipment as needed.

The role requires basic computer skills, a high school diploma, and willingness to work overtime. Training across departments helps meet safety and productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Willingness to work overtime to meet customers' needs.
• Internal certification to drive powered equipment within specified time requirements.
• Internal certification to pick DOT-regulated items, if required.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move product by hand, by skid, or by cart.
• Verify products using item numbers, descriptions and quantity; inspect boxes and product for damage.
• Scan labels into warehouse computer system; stage product for put-away bins, overstock, or racks.
• Operate basic and advanced powered equipment; train cross-functionally to support business needs.
