Job summary

Performance Food Group (PFG) is seeking a Warehouse Selector, Non-Formula for its food distribution operations in Wisconsin. You will select and move product between loading dock and warehouse, using pallet jacks and forklifts, to fulfill customer orders from multi-level rack storage.

The role requires adherence to safety policies, ability to lift heavy items, and capacity to work nights Sunday–Thursday, 4 PM until finish.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Lift 10–35 lbs; up to 60–90 lbs depending on location.
• Work in cooler, freezer and dry environments.
• Pass post offer drug test and background check.
• Become EPJ certified during new-hire training.
• Complete required training independently.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule and obtain supplies for operations.
• Perform safety checks on pallet jack/forklift and wear PPE.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and operate on multi-level racks to locate products.
• Move completed orders to shipping dock staging and wrap for shipment.
• Transport palletized orders to loading area and ensure timely shipping.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location.
