Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a Loader, Non-Formula for our Wisconsin warehouse. You will transport items to trailers using a forklift, pallet jack, or by hand, prepare pallets for shipping and ensure loads are secured and labeled. The role supports the efficient flow of products while adhering to safety standards.

You will stack, move, and inspect pallets, perform housekeeping, and follow all company guidelines. Overtime and multi-temperature work are required as needed for operations.

Qualifications

• Stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift, stack and move products weighing 10–90 pounds depending on location.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Transport items to trailers using forklift, pallet jack or by hand per loading plan.
• Move outgoing products from staging area to loading dock with forklift.
• Wrap pallets and ensure correct labeling and secure loads.
• Locate proper trailer slots, secure load and complete respective checks.
• Perform general housekeeping and maintain safe work area.
