Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a Warehouse Selector to support our distribution operations. You will select and move product between the loading dock and warehouse, using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, to fill customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Shifts run Sunday through Thursday starting at 6:00 pm, with a potential after 90 days to transition to a 4-day workweek. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered as part of our everyday work culture.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift (10–100 lbs depending on location).
• Strong attention to detail for locating products by lot codes and location numbers.
• Excellent communication and reliability, consistent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Select and move products between loading dock and warehouse.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, tuggers, and related equipment safely.
• Wrap, label, and stage completed orders for shipment.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
