Job summary

Performance Food Group in Suffolk, VA is seeking a Warehouse Selector to join our distribution team. You will pick and move products between loading dock and warehouse, using pallet jacks and forklifts, to fulfill customer orders with speed and accuracy.

Shifts are Sunday through Thursday, 6:00 PM until completion, with 18.57 per hour plus incentives after training. We offer health benefits from day one, 401k matching, and opportunities for growth in a safe, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Lift 10–35 lbs regularly and 60–100 lbs location dependent.
• Post-offer drug test and background check required.
• EPJ certification within new-hire training period.

Responsibilities

• Select and move product between loading dock and warehouse.
• Place pallets on pallet jack or forklift and locate products per order sheets.
• Ensure accuracy and productivity while meeting safety standards.
• Wrap, label, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner.
• Report unsafe conditions and maintain a clean work area.
