Job summary

Performance Foodservice, PFG's broadline distributor, seeks a Warehouse Selector, Non-Formula, to support fast-paced operations in Shawano, WI. You will safely pick and move product between loading dock and warehouse, using pallet jacks, forklifts, and related equipment.

Shifts are Sunday through Thursday nights, 4 PM until completion. Training starts at $18.03/hr with an average of $23/hr after training; strong benefits, growth opportunities, and a supportive, inclusive work environment are

Qualifications

• Must be able to work scheduled times and required overtime.
• Able to lift 10–90 pounds depending on location.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Ability to become EPJ certified within the training period.
• Ability to complete required training independently.

Responsibilities

• Select and move product between loading dock and warehouse.
• Use pallet jacks, forklifts, tuggers, carts, and related equipment.
• Ensure safety checks and proper PPE before operations.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
• Prepare orders for shipment and stage at loading dock.
