Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a warehouse associate to pick and prepare customer orders in a high-volume distribution environment. You will select cases, place items on pallets, operate a pallet jack/forklift, and ensure orders are wrapped and ready for shipment with safety as a priority.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work a 5-night schedule Sunday–Friday with a 5:30pm start time. Benefits and growth opportunities are highlighted in the posting.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, production-like environments with accuracy requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot variances and lot codes.
• Teamwork, communication, and reliable attendance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers to fill customer orders from warehouse storage.
• Move completed orders to loading dock using pallet jack/forklift and wrap for shipment.
• Follow safety policies, inspect equipment, and maintain cleanliness.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location guidelines.
• Assist with preparing pallets and transporting to shipping dock staging area.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
