Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a warehouse associate for the night shift to pick cases and other containers from multi-level racks, load pallets, and prepare orders for shipment. The role requires safe operation of pallet jacks/forklifts, attention to detail, and teamwork to meet production standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, productive environments with accuracy standards.
• Strong attention to detail including identifying variances, lot codes, and location numbers.
• Strong teamwork, communication, reliability, including consistent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures per company guidelines; ensure work area is safe.
• Review work schedule, obtain supplies, and perform safety checks on pallet jack/forklift; wear PPE.
• Meet required productivity and accuracy standards per location and guidelines.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and locate products according to order sheets on multi-level racks.
• Manually place stock items on pallets from pick slots and racks as required.
• Transport completed palletized orders to shipping dock staging area; shrink-wrap if needed.
• Replace batteries and complete vehicle inspection; secure equipment and paperwork at shift end.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
