Job summary

US Foods in Salem, MO, is hiring a Night Warehouse Selector to safely and efficiently select and prepare customer orders for palletization. The role starts at 5pm with 14–16 hour shifts on a Sunday–Thursday schedule, with potential overtime.

You’ll operate an electric pallet jack, perform pre-shift checks, and ensure accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment. Starting pay is $24.33 per hour, with benefits beginning Day One.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate in English to attend trainings, hold conversations, read labels and enter information on reports.

Responsibilities

• Select customer orders safely and accurately; ensure products are correct and undamaged.
• Construct and wrap pallets to meet weekly productivity and accuracy standards.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and operate electric pallet jacks safely.
• Transfer products from racks to pallets using order selecting software.
• Transport products to the dock area and shrink-wrap palletized orders.
• Collaborate with the team to keep aisles clean and safe; return equipment to charging area.
• Perform all other duties assigned by management.
