CERTCO INC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the 3rd shift at the Verona Road Distribution Center in Madison, Wisconsin. You will lead the 3rd Shift Receiving Team, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient receipt of goods while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

You will coach a team, monitor performance, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to maintain inventory integrity and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related warehouse supervisory experience.
• Experience with receiving, distribution, logistics, or grocery warehouse operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates.
• Promote safety, teamwork, accountability, and respect.
• Coordinate daily receiving activities and inbound freight.
• Monitor productivity and labor efficiency.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through proper receiving procedures.
• Collaborate with Inventory Control, Transportation, Purchasing, and Operations.
• Mentor employees and build future leaders.
• Identify process improvements and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Support WMS and continuous improvement initiatives.
