Frank Beverage Group is hiring a 3rd Shift Warehouse Supervisor in Onalaska, WI to oversee the third shift picking and replenishment of beer and liquor products. The role ensures daily attainment, preparation and loading for delivery with emphasis on safety and quality.

The ideal candidate will lead a team, coach staff, and prioritize timely fulfillment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and process discipline. A strong background in warehouse operations and forklift use is required.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment is required.
• Leadership, supervisory or management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee third shift picking and replenishment operations.
• Coach, train, develop and motivate warehouse staff.
• Schedule team members and manage time-off.
• Maintain safety standards and enforce company policies.
• Coordinate with Team Leads to release orders and manage workflow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.
