Certco, Inc. in Madison, WI is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Night Shift Receiving team at our Verona Road Distribution Center.

You will lead a team of warehouse associates, ensure safe, accurate, and efficient receiving operations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You'll coach and develop staff, promote safety and accountability, and partner with Inventory Control, Transportation, Purchasing, and Operations to optimize flow.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience supervising warehouse teams.
• Experience in receiving, distribution, or logistics preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Ability to coach and hold employees accountable.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3rd Shift Receiving Team and supervision of warehouse associates.
• Promote safety, teamwork, accountability, and respect.
• Coordinate daily receiving activities and inbound freight.
• Monitor productivity and labor efficiency.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through proper receiving procedures.
• Train and mentor employees and build future leaders.
• Support WMS and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain food safety, OSHA, and company compliance.
