Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team in North Little Rock, AR. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a warehouse setting.

Typical responsibilities include data entry in WMS, inventory control, and coordination with drivers and internal teams. The position offers a 4:00pm-2:30am shift Monday to Thursday, with a base rate of $21.00 plus a $1.00 shift differential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of general office experience required
• 2+ years of warehouse clerk experience preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required
• AS400 experience preferred
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• Willingness to travel as necessary and pass background/drug screening

Responsibilities

• Perform office and administrative duties including accounts payable/receivable and collections
• Audit logs and trip reports; maintain files; provide customer service
• Interact with drivers, clamp truck operators, customers and leadership
• Input data into WMS and other applications; ensure data accuracy
• Receive inventory and verify against system; resolve discrepancies
• Assist with daily/weekly reports and special projects
