Penske Logistics is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our North Little Rock, AR team. The role focuses on accurate inventory receipt, data entry into WMS, and routine office tasks in a warehouse setting.

This position requires 1–2 years of office experience and 2+ years in a warehouse environment, with strong MS Office skills and AS400 familiarity. Regular attendance and adherence to safety are essential.

Competenze

• 1-2 years of general office experience required.
• 2+ years of warehouse clerk experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.

Mansioni

• Handle office/administrative duties, including AP/AR and reporting.
• Audit logs and trip reports; maintain files and provide customer service.
• Communicate with drivers and on-site leadership; ensure accurate receipt and inventory control.
• Update WMS and other systems; input required data and validate records.
• Assist with daily/weekly reports and special projects as assigned.
• Be certified on PIT equipment and maintain data confidentiality.
