You will print labels, input orders, and stay flexible to meet distribution needs. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and reliability, with benefits beginning after the 60th day and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior receiving experience is a plus.
• Ability to read, write and understand English at a functional level.

Responsibilities

• Examine condition of product as it arrives from carriers.
• Document overages/shorts/damages, expiration dates and temperature.
• Direct outside carriers on sorting and segregation of product.
• Maintain product integrity per McLane standards.
• Print pallet labels and enter purchase orders into the system.
• Cover for Receiving Clerk as needed.
• Adhere to company safety rules and production standards.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
