McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Selector IV to efficiently fulfill customer orders in our Findlay, OH facility. The role focuses on safely pulling full-case items from storage, labeling and staging for shipping, and maintaining accuracy of inventory.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• Reads, writes, and understands English at a functional level for safety and task compliance.

Responsibilities

• Read or scan labels to identify slot location, product description, and quantity for each order.
• Pull correct quantities of full-case items and lift onto a pallet or cart.
• Transport selected cases to designated dock area using powered equipment.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products.
